The CoMo team was invited to a party at one of West Vancouver’s secret treasures on Friday night. An Erickson/Massey home designed by lead architect Bruno Freschi in 1966. The 2600 square foot West Coast delight sits perfectly on an epic 1/2 acre waterfront lot with unobstructed views of Howe Sound in West Vancouver. The Staples House is a sister house to the more well know Smith House down the road near Lighthouse Park. We test drove the house on Friday night in a social context and it really was amazing. We all truly felt ‘alive’ and connected. What ‘executive’ monster house can do that? The lovely owner is searching for the right buyer who won’t demolish the house and understands what good architecture can do. Surely there are some ballers out there with some taste?
